Hard to believe, but 2020 is almost here! Here are some Atlanta area restaurants where you can celebrate the arrival of the new year on a full stomach!

TWO urban licks

Hungry guests are invited to enjoy a fiery New Year’s Eve dinner at TWO urban licks carefully curated by Executive Chef Michael Bertozzi on Tuesday, December 31st from 4:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. The evening will feature signature favorites including Salmon Chips, Hush Puppies, Burrata, BBQ Pork Belly, Bronzed Scallops, Filet Mignon and more, along with a live music performance and a balloon drop at midnight.

AIX & Tin Tin

Enjoy a special a la carte menu from Provencal-inspired restaurant, AIX, and their adjoining wine bar, Tin Tin! The specialty menu, available on Tuesday, December 31st from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., features classic house favorites including starters like their steak tartare and cheese & charcuterie along with entrees including bouillabaisse and steak frites. Specialty NYE-themed cocktail offerings featuring “good luck” ingredients will be available along with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. AIX & Tin Tin will be open until 1 a.m., with dinner service offered from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

10 Degrees South

Guests can visit 10 Degrees South on New Year’s Eve for a taste of South Africa with a special four-course, prix-fixe meal. The menu is filled with favorites including calamari, peri-peri chicken spring rolls, sea bass and a molten chocolate lava cake, followed by a complimentary champagne toast as midnight. $75 per person, tax and gratuity not included. The prix-fixe menu is available on Tuesday, December 31st beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Bitlong Bar-Buckhead

Celebrate New Year’s Eve tiki style with Biltong Bar - Buckhead! Pull out your tropical finest, and head to Biltong Bar to ring in 2020 the right way! Dinner service will be available from 5pm - 9pm followed by a brand new, specialty tiki menu filled with light bites and themed cocktails available until 2am!

Cape Dutch

Cape Dutch invites guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve with special appetizer, entree and dessert features that will be offered in addition to their main menu on Tuesday, December 31st. Guests can begin their meal with a golden chanterelle ragout featuring diced vegetables and lemon mushroom broth, followed by surf and turf featuring braised boneless short rib paired with butter poached lobster tail and served with Yukon gold truffle whipped potatoes and California winter root vegetables. End the night on a sweet note with a layered mocha butter cream chocolate ganache cake paired with assorted berries.

STK Atlanta

Ring in 2020 at STK in the heart of Midtown Atlanta and enjoy New Year’s Eve specials, the full dinner menu and bottle service until 1 a.m. as the DJ energizes the crowd and hosts the countdown to midnight. Revelers are invited to indulge in a New Year’s Eve menu that includes Lobster Salad & Oscietra Caviar; Wagyu Beef Carpaccio; Spicy Crab Salad and Belvedere Bloody Marys; a Beef Tasting Board featuring beef filet, wagyu strip loin and a dry-aged ribeye; Seared Halibut “Oscar” with king crab, asparagus and butternut and mushroom fregola; Surf & Turf - a 10 oz. bone-in beef filet and roasted lobster tail; and a STK Dessert Board with mini desserts, chocolates and fruits.

The Shed at Glenwood

Toast to 2020 this New Year’s Eve at The Shed at Glenwood. Nestled in Glenwood Park where the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside and Southside trails connect, revelers looking for a delicious meal before heading out to New Year’s Eve festivities are invited to enjoy dinner created by Executive Chef Zane Myrick. From 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests can enjoy reimagined American classics including Beef Yakitori, Pan Seared Verlasso Salmon, 15 oz. New York Strip Steak, House Made Ravioli and more, while sipping on handcrafted cocktails, craft beers and a wide variety of wine and champagne.
