Police first charged Fulton with animal cruelty last July.

Animal services found dead and malnourished horses at the farm.

“I'm not that guy. I'm not a horse killer,” Fulton said.

“I would never maliciously, intentionally put an animal in an abusive situation,” Fulton said.

He told Channel 2’s Tom Jones it's his dream to own, train and care for horses.

“Don't take away my dream. Don't, don't, don't, don't hinder me like that,” Fulton said.

According to Fulton County Animal Services, they found seven dead horses on Fulton's farm.
