Surveillance video Carr got from police shows Baggs getting into a taxi between the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium.

That's where she'd been with a tourist group.

Carr checked in with Atlanta police and they told Carr Baggs explained she thought she was moving too slow for her tour group, so she took that cab to the airport and when she couldn't catch a flight she hopped on the Greyhound bus.

But she didn't notify anyone, and a frantic search began to find her, with police making a public plea for help.

“Just a straight-out canvass of all our manpower looking for her,” Sgt. Warren Pickard with the Atlanta Police Department said.
