The agent, Hafsatou Wann, said Harris called her a bitch numerous times and threatened to beat her up. A manager, Erica Foust arrived at the scene and told Harris she couldn’t get on the plane because of her behavior and because she was intoxicated.
Officers arrived on the scene while management discussed whether Harris would be rebooked or refunded for her ticket. While officers were there, Harris got angry again and called Foust a bitch and then spat on her.
