Body discovered blocks away from elementary school

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Police are trying to find who shot and killed a man found just blocks away from a Cobb County elementary school.
    
Cobb County police tell Channel 2 Action News someone discovered the body along Austell Road near Callaway Road in Marietta late Thursday night.

The shooting happened a few blocks south of Milford Elementary, police said. 
    
Police believe the victim is a Hispanic male in his 50s.
