DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A good Samaritan who was shot Friday night is in critical condition, as of Saturday morning.
Investigators said two men started fighting just before midnight at the Texaco station on East Ponce De Leon in Clarkston, Georgia.
One of them pulled a gun and shot a person who was trying to break up the fight.
He claims the shooting was accidental.
The shooter wounded another bystander who suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
