DECATUR — Firefighters said a man has died in a fire in Decatur.
The fire started Sunday afternoon on Knoll Drive off White’s Mill Road, firefighters said.
Crews seemed to have gotten the blaze under control Sunday evening.
The victim’s identity has not been released, but firefighters said the man was elderly.

One firefighter was evaluated for heat-related illness.
Firefighters are still investigating the cause of the blaze.
