DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police have arrested the woman who they say shot a man in a case of parking lot rage at a local Target store.
Police said they charged Tara Moody, of Covington in the shooting.
We're learning about the charges she faces for a live report on Channel 2 Action News at Noon.
It happened at the store location on Lavista Road in DeKalb County around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Investigators told Channel 2's Rikki Klaus that a man got out of his car to confront the other driver, and brought a bottle with him.
Officers said he poured liquid on her car and then on the suspect herself.
"That's scary, to be honest," Target shopper Stephanie Monzon said.

DeKalb County police said two vehicles tried to go around a Doritos truck at the same time in the parking lot of the Target store in Tucker.
Detectives said surveillance video showed neither driver budged. Then, they said, 47-year-old Robert Herwing, of Decatur, exited his car, approached a woman in the other car and started pouring liquid on her vehicle.
But that wasn't all.
Klaus obtained the incident report, which said, "Mr. Herwing started pouring the liquid on the female. The female entered into her vehicle and appeared to produce a firearm."
“It was an altercation, and it probably just got very heated, and she just lost control," Monzon told Klaus.
Investigators arrested the woman Tuesday night. They said she shot the man in the right shoulder after he dumped liquid on her a second time.
"I don't think that the solution is ever, especially, using an armed weapon against someone," Monzon said.
"I think people should just take a breather and think about what they're going to do before they actually do it," driver Carlos Acevedo said.
Investigators said the shooter drove away and the man clutched his chest and then stumbled into the Target store.
At last check, Herwing was in critical condition.
Investigators said the female suspect remained in custody Tuesday night, and told Klaus they planned to interview her about the incident.
