GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police are releasing more details in the case of a suitcase found with a skull and bones inside.
Construction workers made the grisly discovery on the side of the Interstate-985 near Buford Drive on July 29.
Gwinnett police say the remains were found with a black Miley Cyrus hoodie, black Victoria Secret pants with "LOVE PINK" on leg and pink 2014 women's Nike Air Max Cage size 7 shoes.
The Medical Examiner's Office believes that the remains belong to a woman between 20-30 years old.

However Gwinnett County police spokeswoman Cpl Michele Pihera tells Channel 2's Tony Thomas they don't want to discredit or send away tips about someone out side that range.
"If a family out there is a missing a 16 or 17 or 18-year-old, we still want those tips to come in and we will investigate them," Pihera said.
A Georgia Department of Transportation worker was about 80 yards into the woods when he spotted something unusual.

“He noticed a suitcase and because this was a heavily wooded area, he knew that the suitcase didn’t seem to belong, so he came back and told his supervisor, and that’s when the supervisor called 911,” Pihera said.
