DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Firefighters were able to douse the flames from a raging house fire near DeKalb-Peachtree Airport in Brookhaven.
Crews blocked Dresden Drive between Archway Drive and Carlton Place around 8 a.m. to battle the fire.
Two people were inside the home at the time of the fire but were able to escape the flames.
NewsChopper 2 over the scene showed flames engulfing the home.
Crews are working to investigate the cause of the fire.
