Police said the robbers forced the women around from room to room.
The victims were pistol-whipped, but do not have life-threatening injuries.
"(They were) asking for money, asking where the safe was and things like that. At some point during the altercation, the two females were hit by the assailants. They were struck in the head with their weapons," Johns Creek police Capt. Chris Byers said.

Police say the home invaders also stole two Mercedes, a sedan and an SUV. One of the cars was located down the street.
The second car was pulled over in southwest Atlanta. Police say the men had guns and stolen items inside the car.
Police took one man to the hospital for being under the influence and took the second man into custody.
"There was no police chase. There was no foot chase. They were taken into custody without incident," said Officer Lukasz Sajdak.
Police believe the home may have been targeted but have not released a connection between the men and the victims.
