SOUTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Two children and one adult were shot in a south Fulton County neighborhood Thursday evening.
Family members said the shooting happened during an outdoor birthday party on Buckhurst Drive.
The children were playing in a bounce house when gunshots rang out.
"They were playing on the bounce house and next thing you know, my grandson was shot in the back," Deanna Titus said.
Titus said her daughter, the boy's mother, heard the shots and ran outside to check on the children. The mother saw that her son, 3-year-old Lawrence, was shot and took him to Southern Regional Hospital.

Titus said he was then airlifted to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Eggleston.
"I'm mad as hell that someone would shoot up a bounce house with kids," she said.
Channel 2's Nefertiti Jaquez learned a 5-year-old girl and an adult in their early 20's were also shot.
The 5-year-old is in critical condition. The conditions of the other two victims is unknown.
Police said unknown subjects in a vehicle were seen leaving the scene. Investigators found at least 40 shell casings.
Titus said the shooting brings back bad memories. She said she convinced her daughter to move from New York City after someone shot and killed her son.
"It's very hard, very hard," she said.
