Authorities are searching for an active shooter after a reported shooting at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Washington, Friday night.
The Skagit County officials are urging people to avoid the Cascade Mall area and to follow all road closures.
Troopers said they are looking for a Hispanic man wearing grey, who was last seen walking towards I-5 from Cascade Mall.
Authorities said the Target store is on lockdown.
