ATLANTA — UPDATE: Deandre Baker’s attorney says he has turned himself in to police.

Arrest warrants have been issued for a former University of Georgia football star, with multiple charges that include armed robbery and aggravated assault with a firearm.
The Miramar Police Department said arrest warrants were issued for New York Giants’ CB Deandre Baker and Seattle Seahawks’ CB Quinton Dunbar for four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm over an incident on Wednesday.
The arrest warrant says Baker stole money and watches at gunpoint with a “semi-automatic firearm,” from someone at a house party. The warrant also stated that Baker ordered two people to take money and watches from other people at the party.

At the party, the warrant said Baker was playing cards when an argument broke out and he, along with another person, flipped over a table, pulled out guns and told Dunbar to grab watches and other valuables.
At one point, the warrant said Baker told a third man, who was wearing a “red mask,” to shoot another person who had just walked into the party, but he didn’t shoot him.
From there, Baker, Dunbar and the third man all took off from the party in separate vehicles. According to a witness, the vehicles were parked in a way so they could have a quick getaway.
Police said the men made out with more than $7,000 in cash, several valuable watches -- including an $18,000 Rolex watch, a $25,000 Hublot and a pricey Audemars Piguet timepiece.
In a statement to ESPN’s Adam Schefter the Giants said, “We are aware of the situation. We have been in contact with DeAndre. We have no further comment at this time.”
Baker was part of the 2017 UGA Bulldogs football team that won a SEC Championship and made it to 2018 Rose Bowl and national championship. The Giants picked up Baker in the first round of the 2019 NFL draft.
As for Dunbar, the Seahawks issued a statement saying they were aware of the situation as well.
