GA man arrested on drug trafficking charges with intent to distribute

LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. — A Georgia man was arrested on a probation violation warrant, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Kevin Wayne Oliver, 43, of Dahlonega was arrested at his home and was charged with drug trafficking, possession of marijuana without intent to distribute.

Last week, a search of his home showed Oliver was in possession of more than 150 grams of methamphetamine and six grams of marijuana.

Oliver was booked into the Lumpkin County Detention Center.
