Strong storms move out of north Georgia

ATLANTA — Strong to severe storms moved through metro Atlanta throughout the early hours of Wednesday.

The system prompted a few severe thunderstorm warnings but those have expired.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Few storms will stick around south metro.
  • Storms will move out of our area by morning rush hour
  • Rest of the day will turn clear with temperatures in 70s.
