Rebecca Lewis, for whom an Amber Alert was sent out over the weekend, has been located in Memphis, Tennessee, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Police have also detained a suspect matching Lewis' alleged kidnapper's description.
Lewis, 4, and West Hogs, were spotted by a Tennessee park ranger Sunday night after an Amber Alert was issued in Florida and Georgia.
Hogs was described as a longtime friend of the family. He showed up in Polk County on Friday unannounced and arrived at the family's home Saturday morning and abducted Rebecca, taking her to a nearby McDonald's restaurant and then driving with her to Georgia.
The two were spotted in Forsyth, Georgia on Saturday at approximately 6:30 p.m. at a gas station just off of Interstate 75. She can be seen wearing a pink dress with light colored leggings and he was wearing a light colored t-shirt and blue jeans.

Hogs was driving a 2012 Grey Nissan Versa 4-door with Alabama Handicapped plate: 4JL26 (reported as stolen out of Alabama).
On Sunday night, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations said it received a credible report of a sighting of the two in the area of Cove Lake State Park in Campbell County, Tennessee.
On Monday morning, Hog was spotted at 2:28 a.m. in Nashville. Authorities did not release any more details of the sighting.
Law Enforcement agencies in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama were investigating.
