GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police have charged a man in a double shooting that left his wife dead and another woman injured.
Gwinnett police responded to a person shot call at the Reflection on Sweetwater Apartments around 10 p.m. Tuesday When officers arrived, they found one woman inside the building dead from a gunshot wound.

Police said another woman was injured and taken to a local hospital.
Channel 2′s Tony Thomas learned the victim’s husband, Bryan Miller, has been charged in the shooting. Warrants say he used a .40 caliber semi automatic pistol.
Court records show a history of temporary restraining orders and calls to police between the two alleging violence over the past few years.
Miller is currently behind bars.
