ATLANTA — They say not all heroes wear capes, but today some of our local frontline heroes got a chance to feel like the true superheroes they are.
Six Flags Over Georgia and White Water donated 2,000 Super Hero capes to Publix and Kroger stores in honor of National Super Hero Day.

The capes featured Batman, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman and Superwoman.
Six Flags said it wanted to “honor grocery store associates and other food service providers for their hard work and dedication to delivering food to our communities and keeping store shelves stocked.”
Thank you grocery store workers for all you do to keep us fed and healthy!
