COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. — Deputies have found a 1-year-old boy at center of Amber Alert safe in south Georgia.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Coffee County Sheriff’s Office said Lucas Elliot Horne was abducted at 1:30 a.m. Monday. The boy was last seen at 245 Huckleberry Road in Douglas, Georgia.
Deputies say they believe Horne was taken by Joseph Michael Horne. The GBI confirmed just before 6:30 a.m. that Joseph Horne is in custody and Lucas is safe.
