ATLANTA — Two people are recovering after being taken to the hospital after an apartment fire on Sunday.
Atlanta firefighters were called to the Hidden Village Apartments off Landrum Road SW.

Officials say eight apartment units were damaged and the Red Cross is working to assist several displaced families.
One woman complaining of smoke inhalation and a man who suffered a hand burn were taken to the hospital by ambulance. There is no word on their current conditions.

Investigators are still working to learn how the fire started.
