ATLANTA, Ga. — Your T-shirt design could be worn by more than 50,000 finishers of the 2023 Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race.
The Atlanta Track Club is now accepting submissions for its annual T-shirt contest.
Artists have until Feb.10 to submit up to three designs that could appear on the shirt.
Submissions can be made at the Atlanta Track Club website.

“The T-shirt design contest is part of what makes the Peachtree such a special event,” said Rich Kenah, race director and CEO of Atlanta Track Club. “The race is truly for everyone and nothing tells that story more than a finisher’s shirt designed by a local artist and chosen by the runners and walkers.”
A panel of judges from the Atlanta Track Club, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and the Atlanta running and walking community will narrow down the hundreds of expected submissions to five.

The public will vote on the five finalists in March through an online poll at ajc.com.
In addition to having their artwork displayed on the T-shirts, the winning designer will win $1,000.
The 54th Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.

The race begins at Lenox Square and ends at Piedmont Park.
According to the Atlanta Track Club, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race is the largest 10K running event in the world.
