On Monday, the hospital announced Wynn's remarkable recovery and posted a video of the moments he was discharged.
"With a lot of help from doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and physical and occupational therapists, Jarrod has made huge progress!" the hospital wrote. "We wish you all the best, Jarrod!"
Video shows staff members wheeling a smiling Wynn toward the exit doors of the hospital. The joy from the hospital staff is apparent as they cheer, clap and dance.

Before he exited the building, Wynn took a moment to thank all the people who helped him get better. Some nurses wiped away tears as he made his short speech.
