ATLANTA — A 62-year-old man has died after he was hit by a car at the Atlanta airport on Saturday morning.
Police say a crash on Lower South Roadway involved several cars and a pedestrian.

Officers found a man who had been hit by one of the cars and was in critical condition. He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
The road was shut down for several hours, but has since reopened.
The man’s identity has not been released.

Everyone else who was involved stayed on the scene and no other serious injuries were reported.
It is unclear if anyone will face charges.
