ATLANTA — Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation spent hours Thursday trying to coax a man off a highway overpass in west Atlanta after they say he ran from officers trying to serve a warrant and threatened to jump.
The incident unfolded on I-75 at the Howell Mill exit.
Officers were able to get the man down around 2:30 p.m., although the circumstances have not been released. The highway has since reopened.
