ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating another interstate shooting incident, but this time the victim was able to drive to a safe place to get help: Magic City.
Police said the man was driving on Interstate 20 near Windsor Street Thursday evening when a black car, possibly a Dodge, shot at him.

Police said the victim managed to get himself off the highway and pulled into the parking lot of the adult entertainment club Magic City where he was able to call 911.
Authorities said the man was alert, conscious and breathing when officers arrived. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The shooting is the latest in a long string of highway shootings on metro Atlanta highways since the beginning of the year.

According to our partners at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, there have been at least 14 known shootings on Metro Atlanta highways since January. Out of those 14 incidents, four ended with someone dead.
