ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department’s Aggravated Assault Unit is looking for help from anyone who may have seen someone shoot an employee at the Chevron gas station on Headland Avenue on Dec. 5, 2021.

Police said just before 7 p.m. on Dec. 5 a man who had been told not to urinate in the back of the building, attacked and then shot the employee who told him to stop. The man then pointed his gun at the employee while a second suspect attacked a second employee who tried to help.
Police said the suspects took a gun from one of the employees while the attack was going on before driving away in what was described as possibly a gray Buick sedan.

Police provided photographs of the first suspect, but did not have a description of him. The second suspect is described as a Black male with a black hoodie, white T-shirt, black jeans, a lime-green hat, black and lime-green Jordan basketball shoes that matched the hat and little braids in his hair.
Atlanta police are asking anyone with information on this attack, the identity of the suspects or their vehicle to contact APD’s Aggravated Assault Unit at 404-546-4213 or call Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS. You can also contact Crime Stoppers by going to its website or texting CSA and CRIMES (274637). Tips that lead to an arrest are eligible for up to a $2000 reward.
