ATLANTA — Atlanta police say they are searching for a woman who was caught on her neighbor’s Ring doorbell camera abusing her dog.

In the video released by Atlanta police on Wednesday, a woman can be seen approaching a dog and shouting before taking off her shoe and repeatedly hitting the dog with it.
Police say the alleged abuse took place at an apartment complex on Greenbrier Pkwy. SW on December 17.

Channel 2 Action News has decided not to release footage of the incident due to its graphic nature.
There is a reward of up to $5,000 for information that could assist investigators.
