FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A bomb threat kept students from going inside a local middle school.

Channel 2 Action News learned it is the third threat at Camp Creek Middle School in south Fulton County this week.

"They've done this three times already and that's too many times. I feel like they need to stop this now," student Cameron Gray said.

Only we were there as students waited inside school buses until the all-clear was given.

Channel 2’s Audrey Washington spoke with a Fulton County Schools rep.

She said that Thursday morning, someone called in and threatened to blow up the school.

The decision was made to keep the students on the bus, so the school building could be checked.

Nothing was found and everyone is safe.

"This person should have stayed in school a little longer and studied history because you'll find that in any of these circumstances we've had, we've always and I repeat, always have found the culprit involved and brought appropriate criminal charges,” Dr. Shannon Flounnory, director of safety and security for Fulton County Schools said.

He said the threats are being taken seriously and once caught, the caller will be arrested.

Parents were sent a robocall from the principal that let them know about the threat.

The principal asked parents for any information they or their children might have about the caller.
