ATLANTA — Friends of a social media influencer who was killed in an “ambush” will hold a candlelight vigil for her Thursday night.
“Tonight we will be celebrating the life of Teisha Brewley with a candle lighting and balloon release. Feel free to wear pink and white 🕊️,” Allure Atlanta wrote on Instagram. The vigil is scheduled for 8 p.m.

Brewley was shot to death in an Uber early Tuesday morning after leaving the club where she worked on Cheshire Bridge. The shooting happened near the intersection of Lindbergh Drive and Adina Drive around 4:30 a.m.
Channel 2 Action News spoke to the Uber driver, who said two cars followed them from the club and started shooting.
A witness said it looked like Brewley was ambushed.

Another witness said she stayed at the scene after talking to police and talked with the victim’s brother. He told her that he doesn’t know anyone who would want to hurt his sister.
Police have not said if they’ve identified the suspect or suspects.
Brewley had more than 40,000 Instagram followers, ran an OnlyFans account, and also released music tracks. Her latest TikTok video got nearly 30,000 views.
