ATLANTA — Atlanta police say that reality star Chase Chrisley has been charged after getting into a fight with a manager at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Buckhead.
According to a police report, Brandon Nash called 911 around 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 6 saying he had been assaulted by Chrisley.
In his statement to police, Nash said “Chrisley became really drunk” and then “started to act very disrespectful and belligerent.”
Nash told police that he asked Chrisley to leave the restaurant several times and then he became “more belligerent” and proceeded to slap Nash in the face twice.
“Nash also stated one of his employees told him that Mr. Chrisley is a well-known celebrity,” the police report said.
Chrisley has been charged with simple assault but does not appear to have been arrested.
There is no record of him being processed into the Fulton County Jail.
