ATLANTA — Children in foster care have been through so much. Now, we are a few hundred gifts away from making holiday wishes come true.

“Santa” Clark Howard, his helpers and happy elves are making distribution lists and checking them twice.
They’re bringing Christmas magic to foster homes all over Georgia. This is the 34th year for Clark’s Christmas Kids effort, inspiring people to shop and contribute to making Christmas magic.

”The caregivers that support these kids every day are the true angels and we’re just there to support them,” Glenene Lanier of the Division of Family and Children Services said. “This is a small token of appreciation that shows the kids that we love them, that we’re here.”
