Encore is on Luckie Street near Centennial Olympic park.
Channel 2 has reported on many shootings that have happened outside the club, including one where bullets ended up hitting the Georgia Aquarium just across the street.
Aquarium workers said six bullet casings were found around the dolphin tank following a Sept. 2021 shooting.
A security guard was killed outside the club in a February shooting.
Channel 2 recently learned that police had responded to 171 calls in two years at the club. The city filed a 29-page complaint against the club.
