ATLANTA — Crowds gathered at Underground Atlanta Tuesday night to ring in 2020 with the return of the Peach Drop.
The event returned after taking last year off.
Thousands of people who attended enjoyed live music and lots of food and drink options.

The crowd was not only made up of locals but also of visitors from cities across the country.
Organizers weren’t able to hoist the peach to the top of the tower until later in the evening due to gusty winds.
But eventually, the winds died down and the crowd rang in the New Year at the stroke of midnight.
