ATLANTA — The push to get people vaccinated isn’t over, and on Saturday, some local football stars came out to help people get the shot.
Atlanta Falcons greats Warrick Dunn, Terance Mathis, Billy Johnson and several other former Falcons hosted this vaccination event.

Channel 2 asked Dunn why he thought it was important to hold this event.
“Everyday life may not be considered a team sport, but in this case, if we all get vaccinated, we can all come together; we can move forward a lot faster as a community,” Dunn said.

People at the event not only got to meet the football stars, but they also received $100 gift cards if they were getting a first or second dose.
