Gov. Brian Kemp said Atlanta and Georgia are places for growth for companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon and others, making the city a big tech hub.
“When you look at Georgia, no matter what, no matter what happens over the next two or three years, we have a lot of investment and a lot of growth. It’s going to be a lot of economic activity in our state whether it’s infrastructure, construction that we’ve had on the books for now … big projects like Rivian and Hyundai.”

Atlanta BeltLine MarketPlace will be a place where Black and Latino small businesses can conduct business and reach new customers, and Google will provide the technology and Wi-Fi.
Google is also partnering with 22 technical colleges in the state to provide students with the skills they need, such as digital marketing.
Kemp says that lawmakers must keep supporting workforce development and higher education for Georgia and Atlanta to continue as a big tech hub.
