The police department did provide an arrest report to Ho from October 2015. King was accused of embezzling merchandise from a Saks Fifth Avenue at Phipps Plaza. King was allegedly involved with two other parties (including an employee) using a stolen credit card to purchase nearly $5,000 in merchandise. She had allegedly entered the store in August, 2015 and pretended to be Diane Wodey, who didn’t actually have a Saks account. The employee Armani Harper received kickbacks, the report said.
It wasn’t until October that the store noticed missing merchandise and put in the report to the APD.
