ATLANTA — Morehouse College asked students to immediately shelter in place Monday afternoon due to possible bomb threat.
Campus officials sent out an alert about a suspicious package in a Tweet around 2:45 p.m. Monday.

Students were asked to remain in the location they are in or move to the nearest building.
Spelman College also asked students to stay clear of the college.
Atlanta police told Channel 2 Action News that after investigating they found no threat.

This is just the latest in a string of bomb threats made to Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the past few months. Last month, Spelman, Fort Valley State University and Albany State University were all put on lockdown due to threats on campus.
