ATLANTA — Police are investigating after nearly 200 shots were fired outside of an Atlanta business on Wednesday night.
Officers were called to W. Whitehall St. SW just before 11 p.m. to reports of a person who had been shot where they found a 33-year-old woman with a gunshot wound.
She told police that she had been sitting in her car on York St. SW near Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. when someone started shooting at her car and she was hit.

Channel 2 Action News crews on the scene saw a car with its back window shot out and at least 183 evidence markers surrounding bullet casings littering the ground.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she is stable.

There are no details on possible suspects or motives.
