Oprah spotted at Atlanta cafe ahead of wellness tour

ATLANTA — A head cold couldn’t stop Oprah Winfrey from charming fans at her State Farm Arena today.

The media personality and spokesperson for Weight Watchers was in town for her 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus tour, which focused on health and wellness.

“You can hear I have a cold, right? But I’m gonna be alright because I’m in Atlanta,” Winfrey told the packed house.

Winfrey encouraged the audience to make 2020 a year of transformation and triumph, and introduced the mantra “healthy is the new skinny.”

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, gospel singer Tamela Mann and more celebrity guests also joined Winfrey onstage.

Yesterday, the media mogul was spotted yesterday at an Atlanta eatery.

Busy Bee Cafe, located on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, posted on their Facebook page that Oprah stopped by for lunch. The restaurant also mentioned their partnership with WW (formerly Weight Watchers).

For each stop of Winfrey’s tour, WW collaborated with restaurants to create “WW Favorite” dishes that fit a healthy lifestyle. At Busy Bee, WW recommends baked haddock filets with yellow rice, and roasted squash and zucchini.
