ATLANTA — Channel 2 Action News has learned that police are investigating a double shooting at an Atlanta gas station.
Atlanta police said they were called out to the 1000 block of Lindbergh Drive NE shortly before 2:15 p.m. on Monday for a reported shooting.
When officers arrived at the scene, they said they did not find anyone.
A short time later, police got a call from Piedmont Atlanta Hospital that the victim was there.
When they questioned the victim, the victim said they were involved in a fight and the gunman fired off several rounds, hitting them.

That person is stable.
A second victim called for police at the scene a short time later saying they were shot. That person was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound to the elbow.
A Channel 2 Action News viewer sent in a video of the incident unfolding.
It shows two men struggling with each other over what appears to be a gun as a black SUV pulls up to the BP gas station at the corner of Cheshire Bridge Road and Lindbergh Drive.
As the viewer is driving away, you can hear three rounds being shot off.
