ATLANTA — Police are investigating a shooting at an Atlanta Family Dollar store and police believe a store employee pulled the trigger.
Investigator told Channel 2’s Carl Willis that a man went into the store along Cascade Road in southwest Atlanta to try and rob the place.
The suspect produced a gun and put on a ski mask right before entering the store.

That’s when investigators say an employee shot the man as the robber ran from the store. Police said that man was shot twice.
The alleged robber was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital. His condition is unknown at this point.
