ATLANTA — Atlanta police announced Wednesday afternoon that they made the fourth and final arrest in the deadly robbery at Barcelona Wine Bar last year.

Corinne Shapiro, who witnessed the shooting, told Channel 2 Action News that she will never forget watching police respond to the deadly robbery at the bar on Howell Mill Road in Northwest Atlanta last November.

"When that happened, it was kind of like a smack in the face, like oh, whoa, this really can still happen and we should be aware," Shapiro said.

Channel 2's Aaron Diamant learned that officers arrested Terry Andre Jones, 19,  Wednesday morning at Hartsfield-Jackson airport in connection with the robbery and deadly shooting of Chelsea Beller, 29. Police charged Jones with felony murder and armed robbery.

Wednesday afternoon, police announced they had made a fourth arrest. Ira Troy Williams, 19, was arrested in Stone Mountain and charged with felony murder.

Police said Williams is the final suspect linked to the case. He waived his first court appearance Thursday at 11 a.m.

His next court appearance is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. March 14.

Beller, the restaurant manager, was shot when three suspects broke into the restaurant on Howell Mill Road, forced her into an upstairs office to open a safe and then shot her as they ran. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where she later died.

Police had already made two arrests in the case -- Carlous Bailey, 20, and Samual Ott, 21.

Last month, officers issued an arrest warrant for Bailey, who was already in the DeKalb County Jail on unrelated charges. Bailey was charged with murder and armed robbery.

In December, police arrested Ott after they matched his DNA to evidence linked to the crime scene, investigators said. Ott was charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping and false imprisonment.

So far, police have not said which suspect shot Beller.

"I really hope they put the same amount of effort into policing the area as they do helping people of this area," said neighbor Delaney Hughes. "The area is being gentrified very quickly and there's repercussions of that."

In a written statement. Barcelona's general manager said he and his staff are grateful for the latest arrest in the murder.

"The tireless dedication of the Atlanta Police department and their investigative team was integral in driving the investigation forward. We want to extend out deepest thanks to everyone for their relentless efforts in bringing about justice for Chelsea."

Shapiro shared a sentiment along with a message to Beller's family and friends.

"I know sometimes something happens, everybody's all, like, supportive and then it goes away, but we're still praying and rooting for you," Shapiro said.

Late this morning, Jones waived his first appearance before a judge. Meanwhile, it is still unknown when Williams is scheduled to make his first appearance.
