ATLANTA — Atlanta police need the public's help trying to identify several people involved in a wild fight in southeast Atlanta.

Investigators released video of the fight to Channel 2's Michael Seiden that had been posted to Instagram.

In the video, dozens of people, including young children, can be seen fighting with each other.

It happened over the weekend at the Forest Cove Apartments on New Town Circle just minutes from Zoo Atlanta.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.

“We need prayer . We need prayer,” said Zina Hunter, who works in the area.

TRENDING STORIES:

Hunter wasn't there but heard the fight is connected to some type of family feud.

“It was just family fighting and somebody got stabbed," she said.

An Atlanta Police Department spokesman emailed Channel 2 this statement:

“The Department has been working to address problems at this apartment complex for many years. APD has worked to assign more resources to the community, and will continue to do so. The disturbing actions depicted in this video are unacceptable and are compounded by a lack of cooperation by witnesses when officers arrived on the scene. Investigators are working to identify the individuals depicted in this video."

There are reports of a stabbing, but have been unable to confirm if it's related to the fight shown in the video or another recent fight.

Seiden also reached out to the property manager, but is still waiting on a response.
