Police have released a sketch of a man they say kidnapped and robbed at least two women in metro Atlanta last month.
Cobb County mother of two Robin Cauthen told Channel 2 Action News that a man got into her car as she left an Atlanta hair salon and forced her to drive to an ATM.
“The exact same time, I’m getting in, this man is getting in,” she said. “He said drive or I’m going to blow your (expletive) head off.”
Cauthen said the man told her his name was Robert and that he’d recently lost his job and needed the money to feed his son. He also apologized.

“I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry,” she recalled him saying. “He said, ‘Don’t act like what I’m doing is okay. It’s not okay.’”
Cauthen withdrew hundreds of dollars from her bank account and then dropped the man off at Atlantic Station.
Police say just a few days later, he struck again in the same area. While a woman was pumping gas at the QuikTrip on Sidney Marcus Boulevard, the man entered her backseat. When she got back in the car, he forced her to drive to the ATM.
