ATLANTA — Police say seven people were reportedly injured in a stabbing incident at a west Midtown club Friday morning.
Police said they were called to the Republic Lounge near 10th Street and Brady Ave. around 3 a.m. Friday. Witnesses told officers that seven people had been injured, but only three cooperated with police.

The three victims all suffered from stab wounds. The told police that two large groups of people were fighting in the nightclub. The victims did not know the identity of their attackers. The victims were taken to the hospital and were expected to survive.
Local business owners who reached out to Channel 2 Action News said the violence at two clubs on Brady Ave., Republic and Compound, has escalated in recent months and left them afraid for their safety.
A man was killed after being shot in the parking lot of Compound in October.
