ATLANTA — A busy metro Atlanta Chick-fil-A location will soon be torn down and rebuilt, according to a company news release.
The Chick-fil-A Peachtree at Collier across from Piedmont Atlanta Hospital will begin a $3 million remodel early next year.

It’s unclear exactly how long the location will be closed during its rebuilding.
The company says it will add a second drive-thru lane and install permanent canopies to create a faster and more efficient ordering process and make its kitchen larger.

Meanwhile, northeast Atlanta will soon get a new Chick-fil-A at the intersection of Boulevard Northeast and Ponce de Leon Avenue.
No time frame was provided for when that location will open.
