ATLANTA — It only comes once every four years, but for one Georgia lottery player, Leap Day became very lucky.
A ticket worth $50,000 was sold at the Exxon Food Mart at 1161 Ponce de Leon Ave.
The ticket matched four of the winning numbers and the Powerball from the previous Wednesday’s drawing.

The next Powerball drawing is Wednesday and worth an estimated $90 million.
All Georgia Lottery profits go toward the HOPE Scholarship and pre-K programs.
