Neighbors told Channel 2's Nicole Carr about a domestic dispute between the woman who lived at the apartment building and several others.

"She says she got into it with some girls, but she probably didn't know they was going to come," neighbor Shontora Davis said. "This (is) crazy for someone to set some gas in an apartment to make somebody come out."

Investigators say neighbors have not identified any suspects.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for specifics on who started the fire. Anyone with information is urged to call fire investigators at 1-800-282-5804.
