ATLANTA — Police have arrested a man for murder months after a man was shot to death in front of Lenox Square.
Police said Thuan Nguyen, 31, was shot and killed in the mall parking lot on March 8.

Police said the shooting happened in outside the Cheescake Factory after two groups of people in separate cars got into a fight over a parking spot. Police said that Ricky James Lafargue, 20, shot Nguyen in the head.

Investigators secured an arrest warrant for Lafargue on March 12. U.S. Marshals captured Lafargue on Nov. 2 in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Lafargue faces felony murder charges. He is currently in New York awaiting extradition to Atlanta.
Investigators are still searching for three additional suspects in the case.
